All that I can say is……OH…..OOH….and, OOOHHH…. Same goes for every other photo on this site! Lovely! – Our lakes up here look like that up into November, but right now the trees are utterly gray and bare of foliage. I haven’t been out in weeks, it’s just been too darn cold!

  awww thank you. yours are lovely too. honestly, as a tropical person i am not a big fan of winter. yet, this lake becomes my favorite place to visit in winter.

    Thanks, I just wish I could get out these days and shoot photos. Last winter was the mildest winter we’ve ever had, I think, and so I got spoiled, LOL. But this year hasn’t been so nice and it’s swinging back to what is more or less “normal” up here. Right now my hands and feet are cold, and I’m hearing the wind moaning outside! Two inches of snow predicted for Friday, wish I could go and photograph that! Well, one day it’ll be warm again and I’ll be out there snapping away…
